有沒有準業主俾左hkd 500 延遲交印花稅呢 ?  是否到收樓時先俾印花稅 ?

HKD500 can allow you to have the delay payment of stamp duty for 45days after you signed the provisonal agreement at TST. Otherwise, you need to pay it full at Gallant YT Ho.

have to ask your mortgage bank if they'll have any objection, and they have to send a letter to the solitar for the agreement of the stamp duty delay . Or else, even you paid HKD500 for the defer application, you still need to pay for it, if your bank have any objection.........

oh... no luck to know it today... as i paid the HKD500 & expecting to have delay as solicitor told in early June. however, last thur the solicitor suddenly told us to prepare the full amt of stamp duty due to we were doing mortgage more tha 70%..i was mad that the solicitor collected HKD500 service fee but without explaining to us about any special condition required ... anyway, yesterday i completed all payment la...  wasted HKD500 la....

我都有甘既問題, 當初律師無同我講明唔批既可能性, 所以佢地唔應該收我$500, 如果佢唔肯refund, 我地不如一齊去律師公會投訴佢, 好冇呀? 錢佢就識收, 野又做唔到, 如果我知道有唔批呢個風險, 我又肯俾錢, 甘就無野好講, 宜家佢係無交代清楚, 所以要回水!

昨日去發展商律師樓簽野 ... 最後都係可以唔洗俾 stamp duty .. 可以等到收樓時先俾 .. 但係要問清楚銀行 & 律師先得 .. 我一上去時 .. 佢地都叫我俾 . 好在我之前問左銀行 . 佢地唔會要求後再同佢地講先ok ...
所以大家要問定先 ..

我今天打了电話去何耀棣,佢話那500蚊無得回,因銀行批按竭而要收,同律師樓無關。佢又話他已派職員去有關部門做了延期,並且成功,只是銀行要保障自己而要交埋印花稅才批按竭。
