Tower 6, called Fire Service Department (2723 8787, hkfsdenq@hkfsd.gov.hk) yesterday. The Firefighters came yesterday and the corridor is finally cleaned.
Remember to take photos after 20:00 for a few days to show that somebody did leave garbage over the night. I've overheard my irresponsible neighbor, who was responsible for the mess, told the firefighters and the guy from management office accompanying the firefighters that nothing was left overnight.
Even last night that irresponsible neighbor was still putting boxes in the corridor, the boxes were removed during the night (possibly by the management office).
However, nobody in the management office ever replied to my complaint yet. Totally astonished that with such serious reprimand they can still play dumb...
