Do u honestly think that a letter  to CEO is stupid?
Of course everyone knows he wont read it, but diverting to the relevant parties.
At least i tried my effort, what have u done?

不如你提出一D可行意見比LS大家.因為加車位已一定冇可能!
有無人知道MTR物業有先例出讓車位業權?
定係100%無可能?
MTR只會keep起d車位長放租?

無人唔知ls 已經起好, 不過有concerns 點解唔可以表達呢? 正如, 如果ls 巴士站一條route都無, 唔通又唔出聲爭取咩?
不過, 我諗大家都需要作一個客觀分析, 睇睇車位o係區內係咪真係唔夠呢?

利安有4百幾個 (唔清楚月租有幾多)
mv 車位都唔少 (有無約1000個?)
ls 齊頭當250

利安有兩層半,但有半層露天唔租.
Monte vista有2000

不如大家試吓整理d方案, 再分析一下d可行性啦.
1. MV租車位 (引申問題:供應量及價錢)
2. MV買車位 (引申問題:供應量及價錢)
3. 利安租車位 (引申問題:供應量及價錢)
4. 政府在LS外圍加建有盍停車場 (引申問題:申訴渠道及效果)
5. 政府在LS外圍加建泊車錶位(引申問題:申訴渠道及效果)
大家再加上去啦, 或者修改下.
不如大家試吓整理d方案, 再分析一下d可行性啦.

覺得4喺最好,但有太多技術性問題要解決,同埋遠水不能救近火.
依家真喺有啲無奈,有時想喺唔喺車都要賣埋,會唔會太悲觀?
Last week, I was at TST centre again, asking the Sino staff how would the car park space be allocated.   He said MTR would send questionnaire to property owners, try to find out the need first and it is not going to be a first come first serve basis but people are allowed to apply wor, whatever that means.....Can the Owners' Corporation voice out our concern?

買LS 時都知呢個問題, 依家仲未諗好個解決方法.
暫時按兵不動, 睇情況.
近日MV 車位搶手, 咁價錢有無被抬起呢?

我都問過agent, 因為MV的車位業主一直都未試過好好價錢轉讓, 難得有幾會賭一鋪, 更係有咁高開咁高啦, 遇到心急人買, 賣得一個得一個, 個價就會上. 如果個個都冷靜D, 等入伙睇吓有幾多LS買家真係搬入去住且有車, 先知係咪合理追價都唔遲 (信幾多自己決定).
要大家同心同冷靜,實在談何容易?供求定律,亦難打破!?
我今天問地產,他說現時車位大約23萭左右有現貨.租金大約1,100-1300.

I agree with you. The price of the parking space (MV) is increasing day by day coz they know we are worry about our offer in LS. I think we've better to wait for sometime until the burgaining price had cooled down.
