hmmm....let me talk about my story.
i read the news about LS in the morning of the 1st selling day, it should be May 27 if i remember correctly, attracted by its relatively low price of mid 4k and huge facilities. then i went to the selling centre in TST at about 5pm, just wanna take a look and collect more info about LS. once i arrived there, an agent grab me as usual... as u may all know there are so many agents and potential buyers, i can't even go into to visit the show flat but got the price list of T2. then i decide to leave and ask the agent to come tmr morning.
on the second day, i went into Wu Kwai Sha and take to look the construction site and its environment, just a look for about 5-10 min. and i go back to TST at about 12pm, my agent told me that all flats at T2, T3 and T5 has almost sold out.... OMG!!! it's crazy.... then i wait at a room and the agent help to grab a flat....finally a flat at T7 is available but its price is above my budget....however i still pick it. don't ask me why....the atmosphere is crazy at that moment, you should feel the same if you had been there.
anyway hope that it's not a very wrong decision.... haha... |
