我地0係買銀湖之前一個禮拜都無諗過買樓，幾日之前唔知點解覺得樓價會升&要儲錢所以想買樓，買樓前三日去agent 度諗住趁端午節約睇二手樓，比 agent sell 兩 sell 又心思思想買新樓，去到睇示範單位見到咁靚又可以養狗，就無 lala 買0左層樓...

而家諗起都覺得有 d 痴線...

Me too! I am not expecting to buy LS anyway on 端午節. I only want to visit the demo display for fun ...... However, due to the floor plan layout and the view....... I purchased my dream house anyway!!!!!!!!

無可否認, 可能買早o左1-2年, 不過無後悔過呀.

Anyway, the fact is that Property Price has risen by more than 5% in June...... maybe...... that's our "Pretty mistake"! Ha~

It should be your 'pretty mistake' instead of mine or ours.
It is because you have made a mistake to buy a LS apartment first. However, you do take the benefit from the rising price now. It is your gift! You get a chance to be my neighbour, David.
Some of the owners had sold out their apartments with 10% profit (over 300K) in June. If you still remember why you bought it, it is a good time to sell it now. If you forget the reason, please forget the price as well.
Please don't have any hard feeling. It is just what I think and what I want to tell you.

Dear friends, no matter how, we shall treasure what we have an live the life we want to live, and enjoy the environment. I and my wife have struggled a bit to buy or not. At one moment we've decided not to buy but eventually we did it. We thought it would make more sense for us to buy instead of continuing to rent. And one major consideration is the low interest environment. We like MOS (have never been living there) is we think environment is better there, fresher air, better town planning, etc. We're hoping this is the right choice. And afterall, it is good to know and meet good friends like you all. Cheers

話說我年幾兩年前入白石BBQ既時候, 見到有座叫 "Lake W" 既大型屋苑... 嗰時已經俾佢既外型吸引左, 有時間都會睇下有關"Lake W"既新聞, 但只係留意, 唔覺得會買, 因為一d住馬鞍山既朋友話應該會好貴 (我記得上年第三季時, 信和話尺價會參考一號銀海, 即係成萬蚊尺)。後尾佢改名叫"Lake Silver", 加上金融海嘯後, 售價都勉強令我上到車, 所以就睇示範單位, 前後諗左冇一個禮拜就買左, 而家諗番都覺得幾兒戲,  不過都好開心, 因為係我人生第一層物業。
希望大家都可以住得開開心心啦!

LS 是我第二次置業...之前買個昇悅居(當然已經放左幾年), 今次買LS 都好像有d衝動, 但又好像有d理智...唔知道...

不過無左第一次買樓時的激情, 之前買"昇"後, 也經常到地盤附近看看, 留意一下附近環境...
這次無looo....
可能老左, 又或者這幾年, 又買樓又賣樓, 又租左3個不同地方...再加上老左.... 哈哈

不過我仍然對 LS 收樓後的實景有憧憬, 希望無選擇錯誤!!

我完全無想過買, 但5月31日無野做, 就話睇吓樓, 點知問個個都話好, 就夜晚無端端買左, 真係成晚都睡不到, 以為自己發夢, 又驚供唔起, 咁大個人從未試過, 都係一種好的經歷, 希望係一個好的開始 (有時D野想得太多就無法成事), 所以我都無後悔, 現在還覺得好開心, 又可以同大家(有緣人)講吓野,真係一日開心過一日, 做野都積極左, 祝買左LS D Friends 日日都開開心心.

買LS係有的緣份!自去年年尾一直睇樓都沒有買,直到LS售樓前一天刊登之全版廣告吸引(當時並不知樓盤位置是在那裡)第二天便約了某大地產經紀到示範單位看看!經Agent 一輪口水花噴完之後便放下身份証及碌爆卡也不夠之訂金(十分不情願)到正式售樓前次定不買並取回身份証及訂金.
端午節當日,另一個之前用開既agent call我,問我有冇興趣,我見第一晚銷情不錯便決定買LS.等到三天後(比第一天貴了5%)才買到心水單位.
LS 實在係不錯既樓盤,開心!
