好驚呀....得45days...我已經交左文件去SC, 希望快d啦....
我諗住apply 多1~2間 有Hibor Plan 的 bank 左家一間正常 P-x% 的 bank...

我今日請左假去簽S&P，順便去埋HSBC申請Mortgage. 佢地話如無意外可以做到 P (5%) - 2.85; 1% Cash Rebate; 1 年罰息期 (if I remember correctly the penalty is 1% of the outstanding loan amount).

Seems quite good considered it's HSBC.

Will try more banks this Sat.
