I just called the Mgt Office and their staff, Mr. Lo said that their open hours for Platform is 08:00 - 20:00.  From today, they will excute this accordingly.  I also ask about the car delivering newspaper.  He said they will inform the company.

Hope they can really do it.  If anyone find any car goes to the Platform out of the open hours, please send a post.

Thanks Niknik, I complained about the noise yesterday morning and the day before, too.

Looks like it needs more complaints from residents to make the management office do something...

Next should be the slippery podium when it rains... Let's work on it
