The staff-to-residents ratio is far from satisfactory. Given the unhealthy ratio, the workload faced by their staff must be very heavy. There is not enough staff manning the reception counter and not enough backroom staff to handle the phone inquiries, which will definitely result in many complaints and therefore add further workload to the staff. A vicious circle!!!
Yes, I've already done so. U may send your written inquiries, suggestions and complaints to the CSO via the LS portal. They have just posted a notice at the G/F lobby of each tower which, among the other things, states that they have a performance pledge to give written replies to written inquiries/complaints within 7 working days.
