Going to Central

Buddies, do you know the fastest way going to Central in the morning, and also going home from there?

I heard there is a bus in the Lee On Terminal. Could there be a shortcut like "village bus" around Ma On Shan?

I'm not sure about the bus in the Lee On Terminal.  But I tried to take MTR the other day from Central to 落禾沙 during peak hours.  It took around 1 hr which seems acceptable to me but I dont mind if there's a faster way to get home.

車站0係沙田圍站向住博康村0個面，有個站牌。
人人都可以搭，$14.5 OR $17.5 (depends你幾點上車)
班次係指定時間，站頭有時間表，我記得嘅有呢d時間:
7:00, 7:15, 7:30, 7:45, 8:00, 8:10, 8:30, 8:50. 9:20...
7:45之前上車就半個鐘左右到，8:00或以後就大概九個字左右...
灣仔夏慹大廈、金鐘海富中心、中環crocodile house、信德中心

Time on morning :          07:10, 07:18, 07:24, 07:30, 07:35, 07:40, 07:50, 08:00, 08:10
Time on evening : 17:45, 17:57, 18:05, 18:20, 18:35, 18:50, 19:05
